767 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 767 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 767 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and 767, the platform operator. Continued use after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The 767 platform is only available to individuals aged 18+ Years OldRegistration by individuals under the minimum age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to have only one account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual violates these terms and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without compensation.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 767 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Failure to comply may result in restrictions on your account.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity conducted through your account is considered authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the 767 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Users agree to use the 767 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technological methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including using unauthorized payment information or fake accounts.
- Sharing your login details with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Attempting to compromise the security of the system, servers, or network of the 767 platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, balance suspension, and legal action if necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 767 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include approved local online banking and digital wallets. 767 does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies.
Each successful deposit will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method used. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform’s help section, subject to standard security checks.
767 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violations of these terms. In such cases, 767 may request additional supporting documents from users before processing the transaction.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective wagering requirements. Users are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting any offer. Promotion terms may change without prior notice.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
767 is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from platform use, including service interruptions, inaccurate odds information, or transaction delays caused by third parties like payment processors.
The 767 platform is provided "as is" and 767 makes no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted at all times. Users acknowledge that use of the platform is at their own risk.
Account Suspension may occur if there are suspicions of fraudulent activity, terms violations, or upon requests from relevant authorities. During suspension, access to the account and balance may be temporarily blocked pending investigation.
Account Closure Permanent action will be taken if serious breaches of the terms are proven. Eligible balances in accounts closed due to user violations may not be refunded depending on 767’s internal investigation findings.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
All content on the 767 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of 767 and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from 767.
The 767 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment processors. 767 does not control third-party content or policies and is not liable for any damage or loss arising from users’ interactions with such third parties.
767 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform, with the new effective date clearly stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
